#1MinRead #Salesforce  Agents can now pause tasks they’re not currently working on in organizations using capacity-based systems, preserving their available capacity.

The agent interface has been redesigned to offer a more intuitive view, replacing old console tabs with an inbox-style layout, making managing and switching between tasks easier. You can easily see open, paused, and updated work items in the widget and work on them with a simple click.
