#1MinRead #Salesforce To maintain security standards, you must now provide a name and email address for Chatter email notifications. Failure to do so will result in Chatter email notifications not being sent.

Starting from Winter 24, Chatter emails won’t be sent from orgs that haven’t filled in the “From Name” and “Email Address” fields in Chatter Email Settings.
