Logging emails and events in Outlook Gmail is now easier for users without the Exchange Admin Center. Instead of creating your associations, you can quickly accept suggestions.

When reps send or receive emails or log events, you receive details such as who and what to link them with, along with email attachment details, which are automatically logged.
